Does IPL fit out medical centres and clinics?
Yes. IPL's medical projects include Town Health Medical Centre (Lucky Plaza, Shatin), Luminous Dental Clinic (Yuen Long), Clarity Eye Centre (Mongkok, 4500 S.F.), AI gastrointestinal Endoscopy Center (Tsim Sha Tsui), IVF Medical Centre (MIRA Place, Tsim Sha Tsui), Fusion Skin & Health Medical Centre and UMP Medical Centre (Hang Lung Centre, Causeway Bay) and CY Medical Centre (Quarry Bay).
Does IPL do office fit-outs?
Yes. Does IPL fit out shops in malls and at the airport, and handle landlord submissions?
Yes. IPL has completed several Nobletime shops at Hong Kong International Airport and shop projects at IFC (IWC), Element (APM Monaco, SWAROVSKI, MFVD), K11 Musea, Pacific Place, Queensway Plaza, Mikiki, City Walk and The Parisian Macao (HOGAN), and is familiar with mall, airport and landlord fit-out requirements and drawing submissions.
Can IPL work with my designer or architect as the build contractor?
Yes. IPL can act as the build partner for designers and architects – building to design intent, on programme, quoting from drawings, and handling mall, airport and landlord submissions.
Which areas does IPL serve?
IPL is based in Hong Kong with projects across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and Hong Kong International Airport, plus the HOGAN shop at The Parisian Macao. Under its 2025 plans, IPL is expanding into markets such as Mainland China, Macau and Malaysia.
Is there a free site visit and quotation? What is the process?
Yes. The process has four steps: 1) free site visit and quotation; 2) confirm the design with 3D visuals; 3) complete construction drawings; 4) start of works.
What certifications does IPL hold?
IPL holds ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health & safety) certificates for the scope 'Provision of interior design and fitting-out works', plus D-Mark and the Asia's Most Valuable Brand Awards 2024 – Best Professional Interior Design & Engineering Brand of the Year.
How does IPL manage site safety?
IPL's site safety policy includes on-site briefings by the safety officer, safety toolbox talks, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, proper safety notices and fenced temporary storage areas for dusty materials.
Can IPL help with restaurant licence applications?
Yes. We help clients with the restaurant licence application process so that the fit-out and the application are coordinated, and we also provide custom kitchen equipment.

- Free site visit & quotation — Our team visits the site, assesses the space accurately and provides a reasonable quotation in line with your expectations.
- Confirm the design — We present the concept with 3D visuals and confirm every design detail to make sure it meets your requirements.
- Construction drawings — Detailed construction drawings lay a solid foundation so every step on site is carried out accurately.
- Start of works — After careful planning and preparation, our team starts work on site and turns the design into reality.
Questions to ask before hiring a fit-out contractor
- How long has the company been operating, and can it show completed projects of the same type?
- Is the quotation based on a site visit and drawings, with items and materials clearly listed?
- Who coordinates design, fit-out and building services (electrical, plumbing, A/C, fire services)? Is it one-stop?
- Is the contractor familiar with building-management or mall fit-out rules and drawing submissions?
- Does the company run quality, environmental and occupational safety management systems (e.g. ISO certification)?
- How is site safety managed – e.g. safety briefings, toolbox talks and risk assessments?
- Does the contractor hold appropriate insurance?
- How will progress be communicated during works, and how is handover arranged?
